We all face challenges. Whether it’s navigating personal turbulence, career struggles, or global uncertainties, life has a way of testing our limits. But here is the punchline: while you can’t always control what happens around you, you can control how you respond. I know you might be familiar with this saying, but one thing is still left uncertain. How can we take back control of our response and develop mental and emotional resilience? Over the years I have noticed that this is where a lot of people struggle. They read philosophical books, but are still stuck in their heads. They seem to be overwhelmed with informational overload, waste a lot of time contemplating the meaning of life and after a while still get back to the same place where they started. If that is you, this upcoming email course has landed in the right place.
A decade ago I was a regular office guy. Working in a high-profile architecture firm was very challenging, to say the least. I hated my routine. I was tired, sleep deprived, ate a lot of junk food and my skin was pale from the lack of sun exposure. I used my body for the one and sole purpose only, which was to carry my head to the office in the morning and bring it back in the late evening. Yes, I worked after hours. Felt like life knocked me down and I was lying on the ground all stuck in this dead-end corporate slavery. I have felt defeated. I knew I had to change something, but I had a lack of knowledge and motivation to do that. Also, did not know where to start.
Now, 10 years later I am in a different place. Still facing challenges, but the quality of life improved significantly. I have left my 9 to 5 and have multiple streams of income. I feel energetic and want to hit the day as I wake up in the morning. I feel boosted and motivated to do things most of the time. I travel often, meet a lot of interesting new people daily and work on my own projects. Want to know how I got here? There are several things that I have changed that allowed me to build a stronger and more resilient version of myself. Now I live in a way more uncertainty, but it is possible because I have developed a new mind. It started slowly, but after some time the fundamentals and daily framework were built. This is what everyone can do and until you do it, it works.
