So hard to begin but once you do put yourself out there, there's no stopping! Such a good read 😁

Great Tomas, and I agree with everything you’ve said. To be honest, I am not doing the writing for anyone but myself. But I know it can be useful to someone, so that’s the reason I share it.

I find that writing helps me clear my mind, and this allows for the possibility of accumulating more knowledge!

Thanks for sharing!

Stefano, thank you for reading! Indeed writing is therapeutic even if you do not share it. Since I have started to do it daily, my mind is at a much better place. Cheers and greetings from Vilnius☕

I can relate to this so much. Putting myself out there was scary but I’m glad I didn’t let the fear hold me back. I don’t regret it at all :)

Interesting article Tomas! When I saw the sub headline, I thought to myself I'm not sure I agree with that. Then I read your article, and agree with what you've written, but alas, the sub headline is still nagging at me.

Whilst I agree that putting yourself out there is scary and transformative on a whole other level, I don't agree that it cures overthinking. I think overthinking is deep rooted in our lack of ability to manage and control our emotions.

Nevertheless, great article! Thanks for writing it.

Selda, I am glad you enjoyed the article, thank you for reading. Seems like the nagging headline did it's job. I do agree on the roots of overthinking, however, there is no better medicine than a bold massive action.

Thank you for this Tomas, you released this at the perfect time. I am about to start putting myself out there on social media creating video content. I am very self conscious about my appearance how I sound, like you said this is about growth. If I don’t do this now then I’ll never do it.

Thank you for this. I saw the captiom and I knew I had to read this

I've been writing for a while now but not publicly . Was scared of the comments and backlash. But being on substack and reading this now has helped me boost my confidence .
